to name their son Josiah Thunder, but they're all fans.

Jeremiah and Carrie Rosson’s baby boy is named Josiah Thunder. But the young parents want to make it clear that the 9-month-old child is not named for the team. The couple likes storm-chasing and long ago had planned for their progeny to have weather-related names.
So it’s just a happy coincidence that the Rossons, who live in Tulsa, are also gaga over the basketball-playing Thunder.
“I don’t want to say it’s a dream come true, but, man, I’ve really been able to relive some childhood dreams, being there at the Thunder games,” said Jeremiah, 23, a roundball devotee for as long as he can remember.
The proud papa added that he suspects Josiah Thunder will be dribbling basketballs long after he is done, um, dribbling-dribbling. “He loves sports, and he loves watching the Thunder on TV,” said Jeremiah.
